In the interest of bringing something potentially good or at least enlightening out of an otherwise pointless endeavour, I am considering writing about That One Year I Went Undercover as a Radical Conservative Christian* .
If I were to do this, it would be a very comprehensive sort of thing. I’m not sure where I’d post it, though (here, I suppose?), and whether or not it would be at all edifying to anyone but myself. Because I didn’t really discover anything new, and the whole story could possibly be offensive to all camps involved, because on the one hand WHUT WHY WOULD YOU EVEN O.o and on the other hand BLASPHEMY AND LIES. At the same time, my take on religion, culture, and truth-seeking in general is … curious, and makes for an Interesting Perspective**.
Thoughts, questions, concerns?
*of the Other Religions Are Invalid and Sexual Orientation Doesn’t Exist sort
**Or at least I think so, but then, it is my life, and if I’m not going to be interested in it then who else is?
